It starts with a personal conversation with our founder, Jori, to share what’s going on for you and what you’re looking for. Jori will then thoughtfully match you with the therapist best suited to you, and you’ll have a chance to speak with them directly before beginning to ensure it’s the right fit.
We see clients either virtual or in-person in Santa Monica.

Our fees range from $150–$350, based on the therapist’s level of experience.
Associates bring fresh training and close mentorship, while senior and licensed clinicians bring years of depth and expertise.
Every therapist at Flow is carefully chosen and supported by ongoing supervision — so whichever fee level feels right for you, you can trust you’ll be well cared for.
