Flow House is a boutique, private-pay psychotherapy practice built quietly on word-of-mouth since 2018. We’re known for integrative, body-aware therapy that extends beyond traditional talk work. All intakes and client matching are handled directly by the founder to ensure strong clinical fit.

We’re currently seeking a licensed therapist with solid training and experience in couples therapy to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California

• Solid training and experience in couples therapy

• Comfortable leading couples sessions and providing clear structure when dynamics become stuck

• Open to seeing both couples and individual clients

• Experience with EMDR and/or somatic approaches

• Interest in maintaining a consistent part-time caseload (built gradually)

• In-person availability in Santa Monica preferred
