Flow House Therapy | Santa Monica | Part Time

Flow House is an established, private-pay psychotherapy practice in Santa Monica, built largely through word-of-mouth since 2018. All intakes and client matching are handled directly by the founder, allowing us to make careful, highly considered matches between clients and therapists.

We’re looking for a licensed therapist who specializes in couples therapy to join our team.

For this particular opening, we’re specifically looking for someone who wants to work in person in our Santa Monica office and has weekday morning availability. Because the available office hours are limited, this is a small part-time caseload that can build gradually.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent in California

  • Significant training and experience in couples therapy

  • Couples therapy is an established part of your clinical work

  • Available for in-person sessions in Santa Monica on weekday mornings

  • Lives on the Westside or can reliably commute to Santa Monica

  • Experience with somatic approaches strongly preferred

  • Comfortable with a rate of $150 per session
