Flow House Therapy | Santa Monica | Small Caseload

Flow House is an established, private-pay psychotherapy practice in Santa Monica, built largely through word-of-mouth since 2018. All intakes and client matching are handled directly by the founder, with referrals carefully matched to each therapist.

We’re looking for an experienced, licensed couples therapist to join our team with a small caseload of Flow House clients. This can work alongside your existing private practice - you can see Flow House clients from our Santa Monica office or, if you already have a nearby office, see them there.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent in California

  • Significant training and experience in couples therapy

  • Couples therapy is an established part of your clinical work

  • Available for in-person sessions in Santa Monica

  • Lives on the Westside or can easily commute to Santa Monica

  • Experience with somatic approaches strongly preferred
