About Me
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in television, on shows including Six Feet Under, In Treatment, and The Affair. That world gave me many instincts I still carry, including an aesthetic eye and a desire to see the story behind the story.
From day one in the therapist’s chair, though, I felt more confident and more myself than I ever did on set.
I love being a therapist.
In 2018, I founded Flow House, a boutique psychotherapy group practice in Los Angeles that grew almost entirely through word of mouth.
I’ve also always been drawn to the deeper layers of our experience - the things we sense but can’t always explain. That curiosity has taken me further into the intersection of psychology and spirituality, and into exploring different ways of understanding ourselves, our relationships, and the process of change.
These days, my work moves between seeing clients, running Flow House, raising a toddler, and following the ideas and projects that interest me.
My Work
-

1:1 Work
I work best with people who are curious about themselves and interested in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. My style is direct, collaborative and creative. Every session is different — I draw from a range of approaches depending on where we are that day, while always tracking the larger patterns: what keeps repeating, what’s underneath the story, and what brought you here in the first place. The work might include talking, somatic practices, concrete tools, or helping you access your own intuition and inner knowing.

Flow House
Flow House grew out of my belief that therapy can go beyond talking — into the body, our deeper patterns, and the things we sense but can’t always explain. I’ve built a team of therapists with different specialties and ways of working, offering a wider range of expertise, approaches and price points than I can offer on my own. Flow is still deeply personal to me. I run and curate the practice, personally make every client match, and stay closely connected to the work happening here.
“Making that first phone call was one of the best decisions I made this year.”*
