The days that change your life may be unnoticeable. You may not even realize them at the time. But gradually, you’re finding space for yourself. The overwhelm starts to ease. Your next steps feel clearer. You’re reconnecting with who you really are.

One way to invite subtle change is by getting to know the subconscious. There's a surprising amount of high-quality information stored there. The key is finding ways to access it - through dreams, meditation, spiritual practice, psychedelics, the body, nature, art, EMDR. Memories rise and reshape themselves. Limiting beliefs begin to lift. The body loosens its grip.

The conscious mind is also a rich and worthy resource. With consistent attention, the brain becomes more flexible and open to change. Your inner voice strengthens, self-worth deepens, and communication becomes clearer. You may find it easier to set boundaries & make decisions. Small shifts can create real change.

"I've been in and out of therapy a bunch. But this time I thought I'd try something different. I'm still fond of the chatty part of therapy, but I felt I couldn't talk my way out of this one.

I interviewed a bunch of different therapists before I found Flow House and EMDR. I'm so glad I found you!"
